A Little Late, but Still In Time

My title is an oxymoron.  Let me explain. Back in September Erin Lincoln did a Make it Monday segment on thick chipboard accents.  She explained how you make your own chipboard using a die and cardboard. (MIM#34)  I was so excited to play along with this challenge. I had decided to make a Christmas card using my Christmas Tree die I purchased last year, but rarely used. I made the chipboard tree; easy peasy. Then life got in the way, and I missed the deadline for the challenge. Earlier this week, I had time to finish the card. This is what Icame up with.
The berries are from Harvest Berries.  I used a punch for the snowflakes.  Added some bling.
By this time I received the Holly Jolly die, so I decided to place some holly by the button.
Well, I may be late for the MIM#34 challenge, but this card is in time for Christmas. :)
Thanks for taking the time to look.

Great card Carol. Love the little berries and ribbon choice. Better late than never. I never even got around to the challenge although I fully intended to join in on the fun. :)

That happens to me sometimes, too. The good news is that we are just adding to our tool box--new skills we can use whenever. This is a very nice Christmas card.
