A New Month of Birthdays

It's a new month and once again there are several birthdays in my family. Four to be excact. The first one to be celebrated is my mother-in-law's. She turned 89 on the first of October.  This birthday was a special one because back in June she became very sick, and we almost lost her.  Needless to say, all 8 of her children were there to celebrate along with most of her grandchildren as well as her 2 great grandchildren.
My card wasn't original.  I cased one of Nicole's card using Harvest Berries.  Instead of using Ocean Tides, I used the new color: Autumn Rose.  My background stamp was from Tin Types.

I made a matching tag to go with the gift .

Thanks for looking.  Tomorrow I'll post a cute purse card I'm making for one of my neices.

  • STAMPS: Harvest Berries, BB: tin Types

  • INK: Fresh Snow, Memento: Pear Tart

  • PAPER: Vintage Cream, Sweet Blush, Autumn Rose, Kraft)

  • DIES:  Harvest Berries die collection, Bloom Builders #3 die, Fillable Frame # 11, Nestablity Labels,

  • OTHER: pinking shears, Sweet Blush buttons,  floss

This is such a beautiful card and tag set. I love how that new color looks in use on a card. Cool how you made a mini bloom builder flower. Everything's cuter as a mini!
