Happy Mother's Day

Happy Wednesday! Wow! This week is flying by. I hope it continues that way for Thursday & Friday.  I started making a Mother's Day card for my MIL last week.  I knew that I would use some of the elements from this card created by Ashley Newell.  It sat on my desk for several days since my housekeeping chores took priority.

I love this lace I had in my stash. It fits perfectly behind the banner.

I felt this card needed some depth so I propped up the flowers using those itty bitty pop dots.

Thanks for looking.  Hope your week is flying by too (unless you are on vacation!)

Oh this is lovely Carol! I really like how you created your own designer paper using this stamp set and the colors are wonderful!

This is so pretty. I love the way you created a background with those flowers, and then continued them into the pot. Your MIL will love it.
