Sweet Life Birthday

Today was another gorgeous day here in Cincinnati; 80 degrees. I just love it! I've been taking advantage of it by walking at the park instead of the elliptical at the gym. The weatherman has promised a couple more days before we have a cool down.
Another birthday card to share. I initially made this card for my daughter's birthday. It is cased from Debbie Olsen's card.

Here's an up close shot of the roses.
My husband liked the simplicity of the card I made for my daughter's birthday so I sent this card to my niece who had a birthday earlier this month.
Thanks for taking a peek.

such a lovely card - isn't the sweet life just the best set? you know you'll use it a lot - and this is just a perfect example of what gorgeous cards you can make with it.

Oh, how pretty. I love how you have used the same set for your focal point and your background.

Beautiful card Carol! I still need to post my MIM. Love the colors you chose as well. Sweet of you to link a card of mine on the forum . See you at the hop tomorrow.
