Baby Gift Tag

There are a ot of changes happening with Papertrey Ink. One new thing is a guest blogger the 6th of every month.  Today's Guest Blogger: Rebecca Luminarias. She is toting herself as PTI's Packaging Ambassador. In honor of PTI's 10th anniversary, the challenge today is to create a tag or some type of packaging.  I decided to make a tag for a baby gift for my niece's newly adopted baby.
