When I saw the little ghost barrettes Erin Lincoln created with the Happy Haunting die, I knew I would be making those cute little guys for my granddaughters. I used hair clips instead of barrettes.
This is the first time I used score tape to adhere the twill ribbon around the hair clip base. So much easier than using the glue gun. However, I still used the hot glue gun to stick the ghosts on.
Don't you love their googly eyes? I found some self adhesive eyes at Archivers. So easy to attach instead of glue. Which one is your favorite? Mine is the ghost with the gingham ribbon. I can't wait until October to give Lilly and Olivia their little ghost. I still need to package them. Thanks for stopping by.
Supplies:
Die: Happy Haunting
Ribbon: PTI Black Twill, Gingham,
Buttons: Orange Zest
Other: PTI Vintage Creme Felt, Googly Eyes, hair clips
