MIM: Vellum Overlays
I love PTI's Make It Mondays; however, I don't always have the time to play along. After being away for close to 5 weeks, things are settling down. This week's MIM is to create a project using a vellum overlay.
The vellum I used has polka dots on it; however they don't show up in the photo.
I embossed the balloons with Judi-kins Iridescent Sparkle to give the balloons a little shimmer.
