Yankee Birthday Card:2017

My brother-in-law is a HUGE Yankee fan. Every year I make him a special birthday card using a Yankee theme.  This year I did something special and made a coordinating envelope because in celebration of PTI's 10th anniversary, one of the challenges is to create a card with an altered envelope.

I created the background paper with my computer and the Yankee logo I downloaded and fussy cut.
Previous birthday cards can be viewed here:201220132014. I never did post the card I made for the past two years.

Yankee Birthday Card: 2014

My brother-in-law is an avid Yankee fan. Every year I try to make him a special birthday card. Here is the one I made him this year.
I just love the diagonal coverplate. Makes card making so fast. Since I heat embossed the glove with clear embossing powder, I am submitting this for PTI's Blog Hop where the theme is high gloss. I originally put some glossy accents on the ball that is in the glove, but the red ink ran, so I replaced it with a non glossy ball. Here's the sentiment for my inside in which I did a lot of selective inking.
